Proverbs 10:8

The wise of heart will receive commandments,
But an ignorant fool of loose lips will be ruined.

And there comes out a vessel for the smith;

And his throne will be established in righteousness.

Do not promote your majesty in the presence of the king,
And in the place of great men do not stand;

For it is better that it be said to you, “Come up here,”
Than for you to be placed lower in the presence of a noble,
Whom your eyes have seen.

He who guards the fig tree will eat its fruit,
And he who keeps watch for his master will be honored.
